Fractional Powerhouse, LLC Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
Effective January 1, 2025
These policies are designed to help Clients understand how Fractional Powerhouse, LLC processes orders and payments made via credit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe®.
The following terminology applies to this Policy and to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you—the person engaging with our services and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions either stated herein or in a separate written agreement. “The Company”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refers to Fractional Powerhouse, LLC. “Party” or “Parties” refers collectively to both the Client and the Company.
All references to one gender include all genders and references in the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context requires.
Fulfillment Policy
At Fractional Powerhouse, LLC, we take the delivery of services and your satisfaction seriously. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver coaching services and digital products and explains our refund and cancellation procedures. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Delivery Policy
Fractional Powerhouse, LLC provides coaching programs and digital training services under the “Fractional in a Box” brand. These services are delivered electronically and include:
Access to our private member platform
Personalized onboarding and 90-day planning sessions
Live group coaching via Zoom
Digital workbooks, resources, and recorded trainings
Telegram and community-based support
Access credentials and instructions are delivered via email following successful enrollment and payment confirmation. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day conditional refund policy for the Fractional in a Box program, available only to new clients. To qualify:
You must attend at least two (2) live group coaching calls within the first 14 calendar days.
You must complete and submit the corresponding homework assignments.
This policy is designed to ensure active participation and a fair opportunity to experience the value of the program.
If you meet these criteria and still wish to request a refund, you must email [email protected] by Day 14 of your enrollment. Refund requests that do not meet both conditions or are submitted after the 14-day period will not be honored.
Return Policy
Fractional Powerhouse, LLC does not offer returns. Our services are digital in nature and considered delivered once access is granted. No returns or exchanges apply.
Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in the program, you agree to a fixed-term commitment. If you are on a payment plan, monthly installments must be paid in full as agreed. Early cancellation does not release you from your financial obligation. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. No refunds will be granted after cancellation.
Service Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to engage with the program (including live calls, assignments, or support) for a period exceeding 30 days, and repeated contact attempts by Fractional Powerhouse go unanswered, we reserve the right to mark the program as abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Complaints
To file a complaint or request a refund under our policy, please email [email protected] with full details and supporting documentation. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion and must meet all stated conditions.
